Classes

All classes are taught by firefighters,paramedics or EMT's

CPR - All CPR classes include training for infant, child and adult. Class also includes heart attack, stroke, adult, child & infant choking, universal precautions & bloodborne pathogens. Certifications are valid for 2 years.

First Aid - Our First Aid course is extensive. We offer over 30 categories of care. First Aid for childcare workers and daycare providers also includes specific care for asthma. Certifications are valid for 2 years.

AED- Automated External Defibrillation is the most critical step in increasing the chances of surviving a Sudden Cardiac Arrest. You will have hands on instruction with an AED machine.

Disaster Preparedness - Be prepared in the face of a natural or man made disaster! This course covers everything from earthquakes to terrorism. Course covers more than 31 topics.

Bloodborne Pathogens - While treating patients some of the biggest concerns for the transmission of disease are: HIV, Hepatitis B & Hepatitis C. Learn how to protect yourself! Approved for Dental CE's.

Pediatric CPR:

Also includes adult, child & infant CPR but is specially designed for the childcare worker and daycare provider. This certification comes with the pediatric sticker from EMS Authority, required by the state of California, for your license. 4 hour course

Pediatric First Aid:
This is our complete First Aid course with additional training for respitory emergencies and asthma. The Pediatric First Aid places an emphasis on children throughout the course. Required sticker included. 4 1/2 hour course

CPR Renewal - This is a 2 hour renewal course for those who can show a current CPR card or a CPR card that is not expired longer than 30 days. All who are attending in your group must fit the same criteria. This is not available to childcare workers or daycare providers.
